Student Membership Application

As a student member of the Academy, your annual membership dues will be waived. Your eligibility for this waiver will continue for as long as you remain in your training in Prosthodontics.

Application Requirements

Students must be currently enrolled in a Prosthodontic training program accredited by the ADA.
